The city is a weird living web where both time and space are completely ambiguous. Cities, by their natural organization create information overload stress. When I go to other places, even other cities I am surprised by the degree to which it is more "chilled out".  Even representing the street in an interactive map still bares poor relation with the actual street. Dropping down any street may be the last time you ever see it. One’s own conception of the map changes rapidly, while traversing the map. Distance falls short. Clashing rates of passersby / to each other.
